Required products
- 1 kg potatoes
- 200 ml full
- 30 g butter
- ground nutmeg (optional)
- salt to taste
Meat filling
- 400 g minced meat (I used chicken, but you can use another one)
- 2 carrots
- ¼ celery root
- 1 box canned beans
- 100 ml cream
- 1 a spoon tomato paste
- 1 onion
- salt, ground pepper
- oil for frying
Additionally
- 200 g grated cheese
Use to prevent the display from turning off during cooking
Making
- Peel the potatoes, cut them into pieces and boil them in salted water for about 15-20 minutes until soft.
- Drain the boiled potatoes, add milk and butter, heat until the milk boils and mash into a puree, season with ground nutmeg.
Meat filling
- Fry the minced meat in a pan, add finely chopped onion, salt and ground pepper at the end, and set aside.
- Chop the carrots and celery, fry them, add the beans, tomato paste and cream, and add the fried meat.
Baking
- Take a medium-sized tin and pour in the meat filling.
- Place the mashed potatoes on top of the meat filling, spread it over the entire surface, flatten it nicely with a fork, and sprinkle with grated cheese.
- Bake for 30 minutes at 200C.
