Preparation time: 30 minutes
Cooking time: 30 minutes
Number of servings: 4

Required products

  • 1 kg potatoes
  • 200 ml full
  • 30 g butter
  • ground nutmeg (optional)
  • salt to taste

Meat filling

  • 400 g minced meat (I used chicken, but you can use another one)
  • 2 carrots
  • ¼ celery root
  • 1 box canned beans
  • 100 ml cream
  • 1 a spoon tomato paste
  • 1 onion
  • salt, ground pepper
  • oil for frying

Additionally

  • 200 g grated cheese

Making

  • Peel the potatoes, cut them into pieces and boil them in salted water for about 15-20 minutes until soft.
  • Drain the boiled potatoes, add milk and butter, heat until the milk boils and mash into a puree, season with ground nutmeg.

Meat filling

  • Fry the minced meat in a pan, add finely chopped onion, salt and ground pepper at the end, and set aside.
  • Chop the carrots and celery, fry them, add the beans, tomato paste and cream, and add the fried meat.

Baking

  • Take a medium-sized tin and pour in the meat filling.
  • Place the mashed potatoes on top of the meat filling, spread it over the entire surface, flatten it nicely with a fork, and sprinkle with grated cheese.
  • Bake for 30 minutes at 200C.
