Oven-baked salmon with boiled potatoes and broccoli

Ingredients
- 500 g salmon fillets
- 1 spoon Honey
- 1 arb.sh. mustard
- 4 potatoes
- 1 broccoli
- salt, ground pepper
- cherry tomatoes
- butter/oil for frying

Instructions
- Divide the salmon fillet into 4 equal parts
- Make a marinade of honey, mustard and lemon juice and brush it over the salmon fillets. sprinkle with ground pepper and salt and leave to marinate for 10-15 minutes. Bake the salmon on a buttered/oiled baking tray at 200°C for about 20 minutes.
- Peel the potatoes, divide them in half and boil them in lightly salted water for about 15 minutes, i.e. until the potatoes are cooked, drain them and sprinkle them with dill.
- Place the broccoli florets in boiling water and boil for 3 minutes, drain and pour cold water over them.
