I whined that nothing was growing and left the garden.

I whined that nothing was growing and left the garden alone for a good week. In short, I missed the garden, the garden missed me, and it welcomed me with all its goodness, just so I wouldn't be sad. I didn't have that many strawberries in my old age. I'll put some mashed ones in the freezer, but I need to enjoy them fresh too. Therefore, for dessert, I made a super cold strawberry soup for that occasion. I needed: - the most beautiful bowl - a good handful of strawberries - a spoonful of sugar - a glass of cold milk I cut the strawberries into a bowl, poured sugar over the strawberries (it wasn't even scary 😁) and cold milk. I stirred so that the sugar would melt and started working with a spoon. One serving. I don't make this soup in a pot, everyone makes it according to their wishes, for example, Dainius mashes the strawberries, I like them better chopped. I see, summer is already halfway through.. I'm spending the summer with a reduced amount of social media, instead of posting about grilling, salads, and so on every day. But it's great to be calmer like this, I'll be able to post more often. And I'm having fun in the summer, a short warm-up in Sicily at the beginning of June, which I'll write about later. Last week was really babyish, it's good sometimes when kindergarten closes for the holidays, and parents still have to work 👌 We managed to do a lot during the week. We visited the center of Oslo, played the metallophone in the King's Park 😀, watched the soldiers of the King's Honor Guard stand guard and march. It was a little scary for a little person, but very interesting. We also visited the Oslo Grand Library, stroked the metal tiger in the center of Oslo, and enjoyed cafes. The most important thing is a trip on the subway 🙂 it's much more fun than a car. It wasn't sunny all day and suitable for traveling (not for the child, but for the baby, because she doesn't like walking in the rain), we baked bread rolls, rolled pasta at home, both real and plasticine 👌 we made blueberries, both ripe and green, from pastelino. We can make everything we need ourselves.
