Making

  • Cut the beef into pieces that fit on the skewer. Sprinkle with pepper, paprika powder, add sliced ​​onion, mix well and let it rest for a couple of hours.
  • Wrap each piece of meat in smoked bacon and thread onto a skewer, inserting pieces of bell pepper into the spaces.
  • Grill for 8-10 minutes, depending on the size of the pieces.
