Required products
- 140 g of flour
- 50 g finely grated parmesan cheese or other hard cheese, such as Džiugas
- ½ or baking powder
- ½ or salt
- a pinch of freshly ground pepper
- 1 or dried oregano or a handful of fresh can be replaced with other herbs, such as rosemary
- 60 g cold grated butter
- 4 spoons cold water
- coarse salt for sprinkling on top

Making
- Turn on the oven to 200℃.
- Mix flour, salt, pepper, cheese, oregano, and baking powder.
- Add the grated butter to the mixture and knead it into the flour, add cold water, knead until all the ingredients are mixed. Let the dough rest for a short time, 10 minutes.
- Roll out the dough to about 3 mm thick. To make it easier to roll, place the dough between two sheets of baking paper.
- Cut the rolled out dough into small squares. You can use a wavy cookie/ravioli cutter or, if you want to decorate the table for the holidays, you can use cookie cutters.
- Sprinkle the top with coarse salt. To make them less puffy, you can prick the rolled out dough with a fork. You will get very realistic crackers, with holes.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes.
