Required products

  • 1 a spoon olive oil
  • 750 g chicken thigh fillet 8 pieces
  • 1 or paprika powder
  • 1 or ground cumin
  • 1 or handful of coriander
  • 1 or salt
  • 1 or chopped chili
  • ½ or garlic powder
  • 1 onion
  • 300 g long grain rice
  • 500 ml chicken broth
  • parsley for serving

Making

  • Marinate the chicken thigh fillets - add oil, spices (paprika, cumin, coriander, salt, chili, garlic) and mix well so that the entire chicken is coated with spices. Leave for about an hour.
  • Turn on the oven to 180℃.
  • Fry the chicken thighs in a pan for 3 minutes on each side. Add the finely chopped onion and fry.
  • Place the rice in a thick-walled casserole dish, add the broth, and add the fried chicken thighs. Cover and place in the oven.
  • Bake in the oven for 45 minutes.
