Making
- Finely chop the salmon fillet, add the chopped onion, salt, ground pepper and mix very well. Form two patties and fry over medium heat for about 2 minutes on each side. When the second side is cooked, add the cheese to melt.
- Mix the yogurt with chopped garlic, spring onions, dill, and salt and ground pepper if necessary.
- Heat the burger buns on a dry frying pan with the inside side facing up.
- Spread the sauce on one part of the bun, add a lettuce leaf, tomato slices, cucumber, place a fish cutlet and cover with the top part of the bun.
