Required products

  • 300 g salmon fillet
  • 0,5 onion
  • salt, pepper
  • oil for frying
  • 2 store-bought burger buns
  • 2 pieces processed cheese

For the sauce

  • 100 ml natural yogurt or sour cream
  • 1 slice garlic
  • spring onions, dill
  • salt, pepper

Accessories

  • pickled cucumber

  • tomatoes

Making

  • Finely chop the salmon fillet, add the chopped onion, salt, ground pepper and mix very well. Form two patties and fry over medium heat for about 2 minutes on each side. When the second side is cooked, add the cheese to melt.
  • Mix the yogurt with chopped garlic, spring onions, dill, and salt and ground pepper if necessary.
  • Heat the burger buns on a dry frying pan with the inside side facing up.
  • Spread the sauce on one part of the bun, add a lettuce leaf, tomato slices, cucumber, place a fish cutlet and cover with the top part of the bun.
