Required products
- 240 g of flour
- 10 g baking powder or one heaping teaspoon
- 10 g vanilla sugar or one heaping teaspoon
- 100 g brown sugar
- 120 g room temperature butter
- 2 eggs
- 2,5 banana
- 50 g chopped dark chocolate

Making
- Turn on the oven to 180℃.
- Mix flour, vanilla sugar, baking powder.
- In another bowl, whisk the sugar and butter, beat the eggs and whisk again. Add two mashed bananas and mix well. Add the flour in parts and keep mixing until all the flour is incorporated and the dough resembles thick sour cream. Add the chopped chocolate and mix lightly.
- Line a muffin (bread) baking pan with baking paper and lightly grease it with butter.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and place the remaining half of the banana strips on top.
- Bake for about 50 minutes. Check with a wooden skewer to see if it's done.
