Required products

  • 300 ml almond nuts
  • 1 l water
  • a pinch of salt

Making

  • Cover the almonds with water and leave overnight.
  • Rinse the soaked almonds, place them in a food processor, add water, salt, and grind well for about a minute.
  • Strain the liquid through a cheesecloth-lined sieve and pour into a glass bottle. Store in the refrigerator. Use within 3 days.
