Ingredients
- 400 g beef
- 1 onion
- 1 carrot
- 250 ml broth
- 150 ml cream
- 1 arb. š. Dijon mustard
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- oil for frying

Instructions
- Cut the beef into strips. To fry. When nicely browned, add finely chopped onion and carrot.
- When the onion is browned, add the mustard, pour in the stock and simmer for about 15 minutes.
- Pour in the cream, fry for about another minute.
