Ingredients
- 110 g butter room temperature
- 150 g sugar white and brown sugar may be mixed
- 50 ml sour cream
- 250 g courgettes (one small courgette)
- 2 eggs
- 250 g flour
- 1,5 arb.sh. baking powder
- 1 arb.sh. vanilla sugar
- 0,5 arb.sh. salt
- 150 g dark chocolate chopped

Instructions
- Beat the butter well with the sugar, add the sour cream and stir.
- Mix the flour with the baking powder, salt and vanilla sugar.
- Grate the zucchini, lightly squeezing out the liquid. Add the zucchini to the batter, mix well. Beat in the eggs one at a time and add the flour.
- Add the chopped chocolate. Stir lightly. Line an elongated cake tin with baking paper and pour in the batter.
- Bake at 200℃ for about an hour, check for doneness with a wooden skewer - if the skewer comes out clean when you stick it in the cake, the cake is baked, if the dough is caked, it still needs to bake.
