Ingredients

  • 1 kg potatoes
  • 3 eggs
  • 4 spoons potato starch
  • 500 g meat
  • 0,5 onion
  • salt
  • pepper ground
  • oil for frying

Instructions

  • Bring the meat to the boil. Add salt, pepper and bay leaf. cook for about 30 min.
  • Prepare the potatoes. Boil with the peel. Cool, peel and grind in a meat grinder or crush in a potato masher. Add the eggs to the crushed, cooled potatoes, add salt and starch and mix well.
  • Grind the cooked meat, add the fried onion, salt, ground pepper and stir well to make the stuffing.
  • Take a small handful of the potato dough, form a pancake, add a spoonful of the meat filling and seal it. Press gently to make a flat pancake.
  • Fry in hot oil for about 3-4 minutes on each side.
  • I like it best with sour cream, but you can make a butter-sour cream sauce or fry bacon.
