Ingredients
For the pizza pad
- 300 g flour
- 0,5 spoon salt
- 1 spoon dry yeast
- 200 ml lukewarm water
- 2 spoons oil
For the pizza topping
- 200 g chicken fillet
- oil for frying
- 4 spoons canned chopped tomatoes
- 2 spoons natural mayonnaise
- 100 g grated cheese
- 125 g masarella cheese
- salt, ground pepper
- olive

Instructions
Pizza pad
- Mix the flour, salt and dry yeast, add lukewarm water, knead well, add oil, knead again and place in a warm place to rise.
Pizza
- Turn the oven to 200℃.
- Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces. Fry on both sides, add salt and pepper. Cool.
- Roll out the pizza dough over the entire tin.
- Make a sauce with tomatoes and yoghurt, mix well, add salt and ground pepper. Spread the sauce on the pizza base. Then sprinkle the grated cheese, arrange the fried chicken, add the mozzarella cheese and olives.
- Bake for 15 -17 minutes.
