Required products

For pizza base

For pizza topping

  • 200 g chicken fillet

  • 4 spoons canned diced tomatoes
  • 2 spoons natural mayonnaise
  • 100 g grated cheese
  • 125 g mozzarella cheese
  • salt, ground pepper
  • olive

Making

Pizza base

  • Mix the flour, salt, and dry yeast, add lukewarm water, knead well, add oil, knead again, and leave in a warm place to rise.

Pike

  • Turn on the oven to 200℃.
  • Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces. Fry on both sides, add salt and pepper. Cool.
  • Roll out the pizza base dough over the entire pan.
  • We make a sauce from tomatoes and yogurt, mix well, add salt, ground pepper. We spread the sauce on the pizza base. Then we sprinkle with grated cheese, put the fried chicken, add mozzarella cheese, olives.
  • Bake for 15 -17 minutes.
