Required products

Making
- Fry the chopped onion and garlic in oil. Place in a pot in which you will stew (I use a casserole pot for stews), add finely chopped bell pepper and carrot, tomato paste, salt, spices, add water and bring to a simmer over low heat.
- In the pan where the onion and garlic were fried, fry the minced meat. And add it to the carrots, onions, and garlic to stew. Stew for about 50 minutes, constantly checking to see if there is enough liquid. If there is not enough, if it starts to burn, add a little water.
- Drain the canned beans, rinse with water and add to the stew and add the cream. Simmer for another 10 minutes. Taste, add more salt if needed. Delicious!
