Ingredients
- 1 cabbage 8 sheets will be needed
- 400 g minced meat
- 1 onion
- 1 carrot
- 2 spoons ground breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 200 ml broth
- 1 spoon flour
- 100 ml gietinėlės

Instructions
- Boil the cabbage head so that the leaves can be removed.
- Separate the 8 leaves.
- Flatten the hard part of the sheet.
- Add salt, pepper, egg, finely chopped onion, breadcrumbs and knead well.
- Take a cabbage leaf, place a meatball on it and wrap it.
- Briefly fry the wrapped pigeons in a frying pan.
- Place the roasted pigeons in a saucepan, add and grate the carrot. Pour in the broth. Simmer for about 30 minutes. Then add a tablespoon of flour to the cream and pour it into the saucepan. Bring to the boil.
