French toast in the oven

Ingredients
- 300 g sliced sweet potato can be yesterday's, yesterday's boisterous
- 3 eggs
- 250 ml milk
- 1 arb.sh. sugar
- 1 arb.sh. vanilla sugar
For sprinkling
- 20 g butter
- 1 arb.sh. sugar
- ½ banana
- ¼ arb.sh. cinnamon
- for serving your favourite berries.

Instructions
- Divide the sweet potato slices into 4 pieces and place them in a baking dish. I used a 20x20 cm baking dish.
- In a bowl, lightly whisk the eggs with the sugar, vanilla sugar and milk. Pour the resulting whipped cream over the slices of the baguette. Stir well to ensure that each slice is well coated. Leave to rise for an hour. P.S. You can leave it for longer, even prepare it the night before and leave it covered in the fridge.
- Bake covered with baking foil at 180℃ for 30 minutes. Then cover, place a thinly sliced banana on top, sprinkle with a mixture of sugar and cinnamon, and top with small pieces of butter. Bake uncovered at 200℃ for 10-15 minutes.
- Berries are very suitable, and jam is a favourite.
