Ingredients

  • 2 spoons butter
  • 2 spoons flour
  • 500 ml milk
  • 0.5 arb.sh. salt
  • 0.5 arb.sh. grated nutmeg
  • 120 g pasta
  • 600 g cod fillets, skinless, boned
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 celery stalk
  • 3 eggs
  • 100 ml ground breadcrumbs
  • 50 g grated cheese
  • 0.5 lemon (peel)

Instructions

  • Cook the pasta as written on the packet.
  • Cut the cod fillets into small pieces and briefly fry them (about 5 minutes)
  • Prepare the sauce. Put the butter in a saucepan, add the flour when melted and fry for about 2 minutes. Then pour in the milk little by little. Stir continuously with a whisk. Cook until thickened, about 5 minutes. Add salt and nutmeg.
  • Add the cooked pasta, the cooked fish, the grated carrot and the finely chopped celery stalk to the prepared sauce. Add the lightly beaten eggs.
  • Place the whole mixture in a buttered baking tin.
  • Top with a mixture of ground breadcrumbs, grated cheese and grated lemon zest.
  • Bake at 200℃ for about 30 minutes.
