Fish cake

Ingredients
- 2 spoons butter
- 2 spoons flour
- 500 ml milk
- 0.5 arb.sh. salt
- 0.5 arb.sh. grated nutmeg
- 120 g pasta
- 600 g cod fillets, skinless, boned
- 1 carrot
- 1 celery stalk
- 3 eggs
- 100 ml ground breadcrumbs
- 50 g grated cheese
- 0.5 lemon (peel)

Instructions
- Cook the pasta as written on the packet.
- Cut the cod fillets into small pieces and briefly fry them (about 5 minutes)
- Prepare the sauce. Put the butter in a saucepan, add the flour when melted and fry for about 2 minutes. Then pour in the milk little by little. Stir continuously with a whisk. Cook until thickened, about 5 minutes. Add salt and nutmeg.
- Add the cooked pasta, the cooked fish, the grated carrot and the finely chopped celery stalk to the prepared sauce. Add the lightly beaten eggs.
- Place the whole mixture in a buttered baking tin.
- Top with a mixture of ground breadcrumbs, grated cheese and grated lemon zest.
- Bake at 200℃ for about 30 minutes.
