Lazy quark with tarragon

Ingredients
- 600 g cottage cheese
- 350 g flour
- 4 eggs
- salt
- chopped tarragon leaves
- a little flour for rolling
For the sauce
- 20 g butter
- 3 spoons sour cream

Instructions
- Boil a pot of water (about 3 litres)
- Knead the cottage cheese, flour, eggs, tarragon and salt well.
- Divide the dough into 4-5 parts and roll out long 'bars'
- Cut into 1-1.5 cm pieces.
- Place the curds in boiling water. Once the curds have come to the boil, boil for about 5 -6 minutes.
- Delicious with butter and sour cream sauce. Put a piece of butter on the plate with the curds, hide it under the warm lazy susans to melt and add a spoonful of sour cream.
