Cottage cheese biscuits

Ingredients
- 250 g cottage cheese
- 100 g room temperature butter
- 200 g flour
- 1 arb.sh. baking powder
- vanilla sugar
For a sprinkling
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 spoons sugar
- 0,5 arb.sh. cinnamon

Instructions
- Mash the cottage cheese and mix it with the butter.
- Mix the flour with the baking powder and vanilla sugar. Add the flour to the cottage cheese/butter mixture in batches and knead into a dough. Place the ball of dough, wrapped in cling film or in a glass jar with a lid, in the fridge for half an hour.
- Turn on the oven to 180℃.
- Roll out the dough to a thickness of about 0,5 cm and press into the desired shape.
- Place the biscuits on a baking tray lined with baking paper. When all the biscuits are done, brush them with egg yolk and sprinkle them with sugar mixed with cinnamon.
- Bake for about 15-20 minutes.
