Ciabatta buns (unkneaded dough)

Ingredients

  • 600 g flour
  • 500 ml water
  • 1 arb.sh. salt
  • 0,5 arb.sh. dry yeast about 3 g
  • flour for sprinkling on the table before shaping the buns.

Instructions

  • Mix the flour with the yeast and salt.
  • Add the water and stir.

  • Cover the container and leave it in the cupboard for 12-16 hours.
  • Turn the dough out onto a floured surface. Shape into a long 'sausage' by folding but not kneading

  • Cut into nine muffins (less is possible)

  • Place on a baking tray, cover with a towel and let rise until warm, about 20-30 minutes.
  • Bake at 220℃ for about 20-25 minutes. Remove from the oven and leave to cool.

Naudinga

You can replace part of the flour with durum flour.
