Ingredients
- 600 g flour
- 500 ml water
- 1 arb.sh. salt
- 0,5 arb.sh. dry yeast about 3 g
- flour for sprinkling on the table before shaping the buns.

Instructions
- Mix the flour with the yeast and salt.
- Add the water and stir.
- Cover the container and leave it in the cupboard for 12-16 hours.
- Turn the dough out onto a floured surface. Shape into a long 'sausage' by folding but not kneading
- Cut into nine muffins (less is possible)
- Place on a baking tray, cover with a towel and let rise until warm, about 20-30 minutes.
- Bake at 220℃ for about 20-25 minutes. Remove from the oven and leave to cool.

You can replace part of the flour with durum flour.
