Chicken breast roast with boiled potatoes

Ingredients
- 2 pcs chicken breast fillet
- 100 g flour
- 2 eggs
- 150 g breadcrumbs
- oil for frying
- salt, pepper
Garnish
- 4 potatoes
- dill or spices for potatoes
- 200 g green beans or other favourite vegetables

Instructions
- Peel the potatoes and bring them to the boil. Cook for about 15-20 minutes, until cooked, drain and add dill/spices
- Boil the green beans in salted water and fry them slightly.
- Spread the chicken breasts out, i.e. cut them in half flat, not all the way through, and spread them out to make a large steak. Cover with cling film and poke thinly with a rolling pin.
- Whisk the eggs in a wide bowl, add salt and ground pepper.
- After the meat has been pounded, roll it in flour, then in egg whites and then in breadcrumbs, and then fry it; it is important to make sure that the fat in the frying pan is hot. Bake on both sides until nicely browned.
