Ingredients
- 200 g biscuits or cake
- 40 g room temperature butter
- 250 ml blueberries
- 2 spoons sugar
- 1 jar Philadelphia cheese
- 200 ml cream
- 4 leaflets gelatine

Instructions
- Cream the biscuits (or cake) well with the butter. A food processor can be used. Place in a cake tin and press well. Place in the refrigerator to cool.
- Soak the gelatine leaves in cold water. Soak as indicated on the packet.
- Mash the blueberries well with the sugar, I put them in the bowl of a food processor and stirred them with a whisk, they didn't puree, but the rest of the sour berries didn't really mix. Add the cheese, pour in the cream and whisk well. Pour in the melted gelatine. Pour the whole mixture over the prepared base. Place in the refrigerator for about an hour to set.
