Ingredients
For dough
- 500 g flour
- 2 egg
- 180 ml water
- salt
For the filling
- 1 kg potatoes the quantity may vary depending on the potatoes, if they are very floury, less may be enough
- 1 egg
- 1 onion
- 2 spoons oil for frying

Instructions
- Add the flour, the water, a little salt and knead the dough. Knead until it no longer sticks to your hands. Then cover with cling film and leave to rest for half an hour.
- Peel the potatoes, finely grate them (as for roast potatoes)
- Drain the grated potatoes through a cheesecloth.
- Finely chop the onion, fry in oil.
- Add the fried onions to the potato gratings and the egg and mix well. The stuffing is ready.
- Roll out the rested dough, press the balls with a glass, add a teaspoon of filling and stick them together.
- Place in boiling water and cook for about 5 minutes. Eat with sour cream or with sour cream and crackling sauce.
