Required products
- 500 g chicken fillet
- 1 onion
- 1 slice garlic
- 2 carrots
- 0,5 peppers
- 200 ml broth
- 4 potatoes
- 1 a spoon oil for frying
- 100 ml cream 14-16% fat, fatter is possible
- salt, ground pepper, dried or fresh thyme, parsley leaves

Making
- Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces and fry in hot oil, stirring while frying, browning on all sides. Add finely chopped onion and garlic. Add salt and ground pepper. Fry until the onion turns a nice golden brown.
- Place the fried chicken and onions in a stewing pot, add sliced carrots and bell peppers. Pour in the broth and simmer for about 10 minutes, then add the peeled and roughly chopped potatoes and simmer until the potatoes are soft.
- When the potatoes are soft, add the cream, thyme, and parsley. Simmer for another 3-5 minutes. Delicious!
