Ingredients
- 500 g chicken fillet
- 1 onion
- 1 slice garlic
- 2 carrots
- 0,5 peppers
- 200 ml broth
- 4 potatoes
- 1 spoon oil for frying
- 100 ml cream 14-16% fat, or fatter
- salt, ground pepper, dried or fresh thyme, parsley leaves

Instructions
- Cut the chicken fillets into small pieces and place them in the hot oil to fry, stirring as they fry, then fry on all sides. Add finely chopped onion and garlic. Add salt and ground pepper. Fry until the onion is nicely browned.
- Put the fried chicken and onions in a stew pot, add the sliced carrots and peppers. Pour in the stock and simmer for about 10 minutes, then add the potatoes, which have been shaved and cut into large chunks, and simmer until the potatoes are tender.
- When the potatoes are soft, pour in the cream, add the thyme and parsley. Simmer for 3-5 minutes. Delicious!
