Ingredients

  • 300 ml almond nuts
  • 1 l water
  • a pinch of salt

Instructions

  • Soak the almond nuts in water and leave overnight.
  • Rinse the soaked almonds, place them in the blender of a food processor, add the water, salt and process well for about a minute.
  • Strain the liquid through a fine-mesh sieve into a glass bottle. Store in the refrigerator. Use within 3 days.
