Ingredients
- 300 ml almond nuts
- 1 l water
- a pinch of salt

Instructions
- Soak the almond nuts in water and leave overnight.
- Rinse the soaked almonds, place them in the blender of a food processor, add the water, salt and process well for about a minute.
- Strain the liquid through a fine-mesh sieve into a glass bottle. Store in the refrigerator. Use within 3 days.
