Ingredients
- 3 hard-boiled eggs
- 1 spoon Mayonnaise
- 1 arb.sh. Dijon mustard
- 1 spoon sriracha mayonnaise
- 1 spoon butter
- ⅛ arb.sh. cayenne pepper
- salt and pepper to taste
- onion leaves

Instructions
- Peel the hard-boiled eggs and cut them in half lengthwise. Remove the yolks.
- Beat the yolks with a fork, add the butter, mustard, mayonnaise, sriracha mayonnaise, cayenne pepper and mix well until smooth. Add salt and pepper if not enough.
- Place the prepared filling in the egg halves, top with the salmon pieces. Garnish with finely chopped onion leaves.
