Salmon with pistachio crumbs

Ingredients
- 500 g salmon fillet, divided into 4 parts
- 4 spoons finely chopped pistachios
- 1 spoon chopped parsley leaves
- 1 spoon grated orange peel
- 2 spoons olive oil
- 1 slice minced garlic
- 1 arb.sh. Honey
- 1 arb.sh. mustard
- salt
- pepper

Instructions
- Prepare the marinade: mix the olive oil, honey, garlic, mustard, grated orange peel, chopped parsley leaves, salt and pepper. Spread the mixture over the salmon fillets.
- Add the finely chopped pistachios to the remainder of the marinade and 'coat' the salmon with it
- Bake in the oven at 200° for about 20 minutes.
