Potato halves stuffed with salmon and cheese

Ingredients
- 4 large boiled potatoes with peel
- 200 g grilled salmon
- 50 g smoked salmon can only be fried
- 3 spoons natural yoghurt
- 1 spoon lemon juice
- 50 g grated cheese
- salt, ground pepper, dill
- nutmeg

Instructions
- Turn on the oven to preheat to 200℃
- Cut the cooked potatoes lengthwise and carefully scoop out the flesh.
- Use a fork to mash half the potato flesh and the baked salmon. Cut the smoked salmon into small pieces and add to the potato flesh. Add the yoghurt, cheese and lemon juice, the nutmeg and mix well.
- Place the resulting mixture in the potato halves. Bake in the oven at 200℃ for about 20 minutes.
- Serve with your favourite salad.
