Potato and salmon bake

Ingredients
- 300 g potatoes
- 200 g salmon
- 4 egg
- 100 ml cream
- 100 g green peas
- salt, ground black pepper, dill
- 1 spoon oil for frying

Instructions
- Cut the potatoes into approximately 5 mm slices and boil for 5-7 minutes.
- Turn on the oven to preheat to 200℃
- Cut the salmon into small pieces and sprinkle with salt and ground pepper.
- Whisk the eggs, pour in the cream and add the chopped salmon and green peas.
- Grease an oven-proof tray with oil. Place the potato slices on the baking tray, pour over the egg-salmon mixture and stir gently to distribute the salmon pieces more evenly.
- Bake in the oven for about 25 minutes. When finished baking, sprinkle with dill.
