Potato and salmon bake

Ingredients

  • 300 g potatoes
  • 200 g salmon
  • 4 egg
  • 100 ml cream
  • 100 g green peas
  • salt, ground black pepper, dill
  • 1 spoon oil for frying

Instructions

  • Cut the potatoes into approximately 5 mm slices and boil for 5-7 minutes.
  • Turn on the oven to preheat to 200℃
  • Cut the salmon into small pieces and sprinkle with salt and ground pepper.
  • Whisk the eggs, pour in the cream and add the chopped salmon and green peas.
  • Grease an oven-proof tray with oil. Place the potato slices on the baking tray, pour over the egg-salmon mixture and stir gently to distribute the salmon pieces more evenly.
  • Bake in the oven for about 25 minutes. When finished baking, sprinkle with dill.
