Mashed thick courgette soup

Ingredients
- 1 spoon olive oil
- 1 onion
- 1 slice garlic
- 500 g courgettes
- 500 ml vegetable broth
- 100 ml skimmed cream
- 2 slices smoked bacon
- salt, dill, ground pepper
- 1 spoon lemon juice

Instructions
- Fry the chopped onion and garlic in oil until soft, about 5 minutes.
- Pour the broth into the pot, add the shredded courgette (if the skin is thick, you can peel it), the fried onions and garlic. Cook until the zucchini is soft, about 10 minutes. Add the dill.
- Puree the soup in a food processor or blender. Pour in the cream, add salt and ground pepper to taste. Bring to the boil and stir. Season with lemon juice.
- Serve with fried pieces of smoked bacon and dill,
