Gingerbread

Ingredients
- 500 g flour
- 100 g butter
- 200 g Honey
- 100 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 arb. š. baking powder
- 0,5 arb. š. spices for gingerbread

Instructions
- Combine the honey, sugar and butter and heat until the butter melts and the honey liquefies. Cool to room temperature.
- Add the eggs and mix.
- Add the flour mixed with baking powder and spices in batches. Keep stirring as you add the flour, then knead well after the last flour has been added. Cover the kneaded dough and put it in the fridge for about 24 hours.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface and press out the gingerbread with a mould
- Bake at 200℃ for about 15 minutes.
- The baked gingerbread is stored in an airtight container.
