French toast

Ingredients
- 6 slices white bread/baton yesterday's, dried up, is better
- 2 eggs
- 150 ml milk
- 0,5 banana
- butter for frying
- a little vanilla sugar (optional)
- your favourite jam/yoghurt/sour cream/fresh berries (optional)

Instructions
- Mash the banana and whisk it with the eggs, add the vanilla sugar, add the milk and whisk.
- The sweet potato is best if it was made yesterday and is dry, if it is fresh I recommend toasting it in a toaster, it is not necessary, but this way the slices do not get soaked in the batter. Dip the slices of sweet potato in the whipped cream and fry in the hot butter until nicely browned. Fry both sides.
- Serve with desired toppings - jam, fresh berries, sour cream, yoghurt.
