Chicken fillet steaks with carrots

- 400 g chicken breast fillet
- 2 carrots
- 2 spoons oil for baking
- spices, salt
- 2 spoons cream with more fat
- 4 potatoes for garnyr

- Peel the potatoes, wash them, cut them in half if they are large, and start cooking. Boil the potatoes for about 20 minutes. Drain once cooked and leave them on the heat for a while to boil off the water.
- Flatten the chicken breast fillet by cutting it in half, not all the way through, and spread it out. Sprinkle with spices. Wash the carrots and cut them into coarse straws. Fry the chicken in the hot oil for about 4 minutes, place the carrots in the spaces between the chicken when one side is browned and turn over to fry the other side. Continue cooking until the carrots are soft but not overcooked. This is also 4 to 5 minutes. Then add the sour cream and turn off the heat, stir the sour cream well, add more spices and greens if you like.
