Instructions
- Boil the potatoes for mashed potatoes. When the potatoes are cooked, drain the water, pour in the milk and add the butter. When the milk boils, crush the potatoes with a potato masher. P.S. While the potatoes are boiling, we can prepare the sausages.
- Cut the sausages shallowly into the sides. Place in the hot oil. Fry on both sides and remove to a plate. Then add the onions, sliced into half rings, and the butter to the pan. Bake until nicely browned, add butter, sugar and dried spices. Cover the pan and cook over low heat until the onions start to caramelise. We keep stirring. It takes about 10-15 minutes.
- Add the flour to the onions in the pan and fry for a few minutes, then pour in the stock. When the liquid boils, add the fried sausages to the pan. Bake on a low heat for about 10 minutes. Then pour in the cream, cook for a few more minutes and season with Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.
