Ingredients
- 320 g flour
- 100 g sugar
- 1 or sh baking powder
- 400 ml milk
- 3 eggs
- 100 g butter
- 0.5 or sh Cardamom

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients.
- Slowly pour in the milk and beat in the eggs, stirring constantly. Melt the butter and add it to the dough. Mix well.
- Leave the dough to rest for half an hour (or longer).
- Bake in a waffle iron. I poured about 3 tablespoons of batter per waffle. It is important not to add too much so that it does not spill over the edges.
- I baked 16 waffles.
