Ingredients

  • 100 ml water
  • 900 ml milk
  • 100 ml semolina
  • 1 spoon sugar
  • 1 spoon butter

Instructions

  • First, bring the water to the boil in a saucepan, then pour in the milk when it comes to the boil.
  • When bubbles start to appear in the milk, add the semolina a little at a time. It is best to stir with a whisk to prevent lumps forming, Once the groats have been poured in, cook, stirring, for about 5-7 minutes, then add the sugar and butter. Cover and leave to cook for about 10 minutes.
  • Eat with your favourite accompaniments such as cinnamon and sugar, jam.
