Ingredients

  • 30 g butter
  • ½ lemon juice
  • 120 g chopped smoked salmon
  • 200 ml cream
  • 400 g pasta type tagliatelle
  • salt, pepper
  • parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packaging.
  • Fry the smoked salmon in butter, add the lemon juice, fry for 1-2 minutes, then add the cream and cook for about 5 minutes. Add salt and ground pepper.
  • Add the cooked pasta to the sauce, if the sauce is too thick, add a little pasta water.
  • Garnish with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese.
