- 30 g butter
- ½ lemon juice
- 120 g chopped smoked salmon
- 200 ml cream
- 400 g pasta type tagliatelle

Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packaging.
- Fry the smoked salmon in butter, add the lemon juice, fry for 1-2 minutes, then add the cream and cook for about 5 minutes. Add salt and ground pepper.
- Add the cooked pasta to the sauce, if the sauce is too thick, add a little pasta water.
- Garnish with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese.
