Pasta tagliatelle with chicken and almond nuts

Ingredients
- 300 g tagliatelle pasta or other wide and long pasta
- 25 g butter
- 1 small onion
- 150 g Boneless fried/cooked chicken
- 100 white wine or chicken stock
- 50 g almond nuts
- 200 ml cream
- 30 g parmesan cheese for serving
- salt and pepper, fresh parsley.

Instructions
- In a large pot, with enough water and salt, start cooking the pasta. Cook according to the instructions on the packet.
- Fry the finely chopped onion in butter, add the chopped chicken, add the chopped almonds and fry for 2-3 minutes. Pour in the wine, simmer covered for about 5 minutes. Pour in the cream, heat until it starts to thicken, add salt and pepper.
- Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and stir. If the sauce is too thick, a drop of pasta water can be added.
- Garnish with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese and parsley before serving.
