Plain simple pancakes

Ingredients
- 200 g flour
- 1 spoon sugar
- 1 arb.sh baking powder
- 1 arb.sh vanilla sugar
- 200 ml milk
- 2 eggs
- butter, oil for frying

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients. Pour in the milk, beat in the eggs and mix well to remove any lumps of flour. Let the dough rest for at least 15 minutes.
- Fry in hot fat - a mixture of butter and oil or just oil.
- Eat with your favourite toppings - sour cream, jam or maple syrup.
