Chicken fillet with bacon and vegetables

Ingredients
- 500 g chicken fillet
- oil for frying
- Thyme
- salt
- pepper
- 8 ribbons smoked bacon
- 1 slice garlic
- 1 onion
- ¼ celery root
- 2 carrots
- ½ small courgettes
- 4 potatoes
- 150 ml cream
- parsley

Instructions
- Cut the chicken fillet into 4 pieces and fry in oil on both sides until nicely browned. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and thyme. Remove the meat from the pan.
- Fry the finely chopped onion and garlic. Place in a baking dish, add the vegetables cut into straws and the potatoes into large cubes.
- Wrap the fried chicken in bacon and place it in the baking dish among the vegetables. Pour in the cream.
- Bake in the oven at 200℃ for about 25/30 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley after baking.
