Chicken fillet with bacon and vegetables

Ingredients

  • 500 g chicken fillet
  • oil for frying
  • Thyme
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 8 ribbons smoked bacon
  • 1 slice garlic
  • 1 onion
  • ¼ celery root
  • 2 carrots
  • ½ small courgettes
  • 4 potatoes
  • 150 ml cream
  • parsley

Instructions

  • Cut the chicken fillet into 4 pieces and fry in oil on both sides until nicely browned. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and thyme. Remove the meat from the pan.
  • Fry the finely chopped onion and garlic. Place in a baking dish, add the vegetables cut into straws and the potatoes into large cubes.
  • Wrap the fried chicken in bacon and place it in the baking dish among the vegetables. Pour in the cream.
  • Bake in the oven at 200℃ for about 25/30 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley after baking.
