Crunchy seed bread

Ingredients

  • 100 ml flax seed
  • 100 ml sunflower seeds
  • 100 ml pumpkin seeds
  • 100 ml sesame seeds may be white or black or a mixture
  • 500 ml oatmeal
  • 1 spoon sėlėnų
  • 200 ml ground sunflower and pumpkin seeds
  • 700 ml water
  • 1 arb. š. salt

Instructions

  • Mix all the products and leave to swell for half an hour.
  • Divide the dough between the two tins. Spread the dough nicely in a thin layer over the whole tin.
  • Bake at 175℃ degrees for about an hour. 10-15 minutes after baking, cut into pieces to make it easier to break up once baked. Continue baking once cut.

  • After baking, cool. Delicious with a variety of spreads and condiments.
