Crunchy seed bread

Ingredients
- 100 ml flax seed
- 100 ml sunflower seeds
- 100 ml pumpkin seeds
- 100 ml sesame seeds may be white or black or a mixture
- 500 ml oatmeal
- 1 spoon sėlėnų
- 200 ml ground sunflower and pumpkin seeds
- 700 ml water
- 1 arb. š. salt

Instructions
- Mix all the products and leave to swell for half an hour.
- Divide the dough between the two tins. Spread the dough nicely in a thin layer over the whole tin.
- Bake at 175℃ degrees for about an hour. 10-15 minutes after baking, cut into pieces to make it easier to break up once baked. Continue baking once cut.
- After baking, cool. Delicious with a variety of spreads and condiments.
