Ingredients
- 450 g flour
- 100 g sugar
- 200 g cold butter
- 1 egg
- 100 g sour cream
- 1 arb.sh. baking powder
- 500 ml jams

Instructions
- Switch on the oven 180°C
- Mix the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, baking powder in a bowl. Cut the butter into small pieces, add to the dry ingredients, beat in the egg, add the sour cream and knead with a food processor/fingers or until crumbs form.
- Place three-quarters of the dough in the tin, spread it nicely over the width of the tin and make the edges. Pour in the jam and top with the remaining crumbs.
- Bake at 180°C for about 45 minutes.
