Ingredients
- 500 g cottage cheese
- 3 eggs
- 120 g sugar
- 1 arb.sh. baking powder kupinas
- 1 arb.sh. vanilla sugar
- 250 g flour
- 500 ml oil for frying
- 1 potato
- icing sugar for decoration

Instructions
- Whisk the eggs and sugar until fluffy.
- Beat the cottage cheese well, add the vanilla sugar.
- Add the egg whites to the cottage cheese and mix well. Then add the flour mixed with baking powder.
- The dough is thick and sticky. Shape the doughnuts with oiled hands, approximately the same size. I took a heaped teaspoonful of dough and made balls.
- Fry in hot oil over medium heat. Fry until nicely browned, turning constantly. To prevent the top from burning, add green potato sticks to the fat and replace them from time to time.
- Place the baked cones on a kitchen paper towel to drain off the fat. Then place on a plate and sprinkle with icing sugar.
