Ingredients
- 600 g cottage cheese
- 4 eggs
- 4 spoons semolina
- 1 spoon sugar

Instructions
- Beat the cottage cheese well, if using grainy cottage cheese, use a blender. Add the semolina, egg yolks and sugar and mix well.
- Whisk the egg whites to a stiff froth and fold them into the cottage cheese.
- Grease a baking tray with butter. Pour in the prepared mixture.
- Bake at 200° C for about 30 minutes.
