Ingredients

  • 1 l kefir
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs
  • 200 g chopped pickled beetroot (grated or chopped into straws) it is delicious to add a few tablespoons of pickled beetroot liquid
  • 120 g cucumber
  • 100 cream
  • 1 arb.sh. salt
  • dill
  • onion leaves
  • 6 potatoes

Instructions

  • Peel and heat the cooked potatoes. Boil for about 15-20 minutes. While the potatoes are boiling, prepare the soup.
  • Put the kefir, beetroot, finely chopped cucumber, chopped eggs and cream in a saucepan/pot, add salt and stir. Add and chop dill, onion leaves.
