Ingredients
- 1 l kefir
- 4 hard-boiled eggs
- 200 g chopped pickled beetroot (grated or chopped into straws) it is delicious to add a few tablespoons of pickled beetroot liquid
- 120 g cucumber
- 100 cream
- 1 arb.sh. salt
- dill
- onion leaves
- 6 potatoes

Instructions
- Peel and heat the cooked potatoes. Boil for about 15-20 minutes. While the potatoes are boiling, prepare the soup.
- Put the kefir, beetroot, finely chopped cucumber, chopped eggs and cream in a saucepan/pot, add salt and stir. Add and chop dill, onion leaves.
