Ingredients

  • 600 ml broth
  • 1 carrot
  • a piece of leek
  • 250 g ravioli/noodles with your favourite filling
  • butter or oil for frying

Instructions

  • Grate the carrot, cut the leek into rings and fry everything in butter/oil for a couple of minutes.
  • Add the fried carrots and leek to the stock, add the ravioli and cook for about 10 minutes (depending on the filling of the ravioli/noodles, with cheese it may be shorter).
