Ingredients
- 600 ml broth
- 1 carrot
- a piece of leek
- 250 g ravioli/noodles with your favourite filling
- butter or oil for frying

Instructions
- Grate the carrot, cut the leek into rings and fry everything in butter/oil for a couple of minutes.
- Add the fried carrots and leek to the stock, add the ravioli and cook for about 10 minutes (depending on the filling of the ravioli/noodles, with cheese it may be shorter).
