Mashed green pea soup

Ingredients
- 600 g green peas may be refrigerated
- 20 cm pore
- 500 ml broth
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 250 ml coconut milk
- 100 g bacon
- salt and pepper to taste.

Instructions
- Slice the leek, fry in butter.
- Add the stock, peas and fried leeks to the pot and cook for about 10 minutes until the peas are cooked. Puree in a blender.
- Add the coconut milk to the soup and bring to the boil. Taste, add salt and pepper if necessary
- Fry the bacon.
- Serve with bacon, toast and sour cream.
