Ingredients
- 8 eggs
- 80 g smoked sausages (salami)
- 10 cm fresh cucumber
- 20 g butter
- 40 g Mayonnaise
- salt, pepper

Instructions
- Hard-boiled eggs (I boil them for 10 min)
- Cut the boiled, peeled eggs in half lengthwise and add the yolks to the bowl.
- Beat the yolks with the butter and mayonnaise.
- Finely dice the sausage and cucumber and add to the yolk mixture. Stir, add a little ground pepper and salt.
- Place the egg white halves on a plate and spoon in the yolk-rib mixture. Garnish with fresh dill and parsley.

For better peeling, run cold water over the cooked eggs.
