Ingredients

  • 1 kg pork shoulders, necks
  • 1 arb.sh. salt
  • 1 arb.sh. ground chillies
  • 1 arb.sh. garlic powder or 2-3 garlic cloves
  • ground pepper
  • 2 spoons oil for frying
  • 1 handful dried apples
  • 2 onion

Instructions

  • Rub the meat with the spices and fry lightly in the hot oil.
  • Place the roasted meat in a pot suitable for the oven. Add the coarsely chopped onion, chopped garlic (if using garlic instead of garlic powder) and dried apples.
  • Cover the pot and place it in an oven preheated to 140℃. Bake for 4 hours. Check from time to time, baste with the resulting broth.
  • Tear the roasted meat with a fork. The meat is ready to use for burgers, pasta sauces, sandwiches.

Naudinga

Dried apples can be replaced by prunes, dried apricots.
