Ingredients
- 1 kg pork shoulders, necks
- 1 arb.sh. salt
- 1 arb.sh. ground chillies
- 1 arb.sh. garlic powder or 2-3 garlic cloves
- ground pepper
- 2 spoons oil for frying
- 1 handful dried apples
- 2 onion

Instructions
- Rub the meat with the spices and fry lightly in the hot oil.
- Place the roasted meat in a pot suitable for the oven. Add the coarsely chopped onion, chopped garlic (if using garlic instead of garlic powder) and dried apples.
- Cover the pot and place it in an oven preheated to 140℃. Bake for 4 hours. Check from time to time, baste with the resulting broth.
- Tear the roasted meat with a fork. The meat is ready to use for burgers, pasta sauces, sandwiches.
